Keeping it simple and to the point:
A few days ago the new iTunes and iOS were released. Millions of people’s music collections are completely screwed up since upgrading, myself unhappily included. As a company you have not even acknowlaged that there is a problem. I am asking you, on behalf of millions of people to ACKNOWLEDGE the problem and FIX IT ASAP. If a fix can’t be made quickly, then at least TELL US you are working on something. Please. We love our music and some of us have huge collections that have taken us years to organize. It took only seconds for them to flatline.
Again, PLEASE just communicate with us what the status is on a fix.
