So it s been over 2 weeks since I ordered and paid for food through @UberEats. A $14 Big Mac from @mcdonalds. Wrong food delivered, and even after emailing and complaining on social media, their response has remained “Too bad”. Their customer service and “resolution center” really sucks. It’s like stealing, admitting you stole and then don’t have to give the money back. No restitution whatsoever. They can suck my *sshole dry.
